Lead the QA team of the company, work with the architecture, product management, and R&D teams to develop the test plan plan of the product.
Hands-on: perform tasks expected of a QA team member. Develop tests using the the company s automated test tool. Develop manual tests when necessary. Run automated and manual tests.
Self educate, to meet technological challenges.
Write up test requirements and documentation.
Strong leadership skills.
At least 5 years experience in designing and developing complex software testing systems.
At lease 2 years experience in leading QA teams
Experience in testing of file systems and storage technologies.
Good scripting skills in Unix.
Ability to develop comprehensive and robust software testing solutions.
Highly proficient in a Unix / Linux environment.
Self educating capability and the ability to work alone as well as in a team
